 Our
Season is year around..... whenever family and friends can
get away.... and we try to accommodate everyone. We have
returning friends every year, so some weeks are booked years
in advance. However, the earlier you contact us, the greater
the chance that we will be able to accommodate your schedule.
We rent on a weekly basis during most of the year (if interested inquire about our monthly rate). However, there are several weeks during the low demand times of the year when discounts and weekend rates apply. Please inquire.

rates are as follows:

Regular Rates ~
$2895 plus 11% sales and tourist tax
14-16 person occupancy [ larger groups please inquire about overflow options]
10% discount for more than 2 weeks, either as consecutive or multiple visits in a calendar year.

Arrival Time - 3:00 p.m. on Monday
Departure Time - Sunday Evening
Holiday Weeks - $3250 per week plus 11% sales and tourist tax
Special Weekly Rates - $1995 per week plus 11% sales and tourist tax
September 1 - February 15 excluding holiday weeks
Getaway Weekends - Only during Special Weekly Rate Period
$1500 plus sales tax - 4 days/4 nights
NOTE: Arrival is Wednesday at 5:00 pm and Departure at 2:00 pm on Sunday. [A delayed departure can be arranged if no guests are coming in that same day Sun]
Off Season ~
May (excluding last week - Memorial Weekend)
September through January (excluding all holidays)
Deposit ~
$1,500 at time of contract negotiation is required to confirm
the reservation and is refundable only if the time slot
can be filled. The deposit is not included in the final
price which is due the week before arrival. The deposit
will be returned upon exit inspection the Monday following
departure.
In case
of acts of God during the rental period, (hurricanes!!!)
or should such acts deem the house unusable by the management,
a full refund will be provided.
Florida Residents may inquire about weekend rentals during
Low Season.
Availability
subject to fall repairs and maintenance schedule.
IN CASE OF ACTS OF GOD, i.e. hurricanes, etc.....
Should our coastline come under a Hurricane Warning, and voluntary evacuation be recommended, your investment will be guraranteed and rescheduled to meet your needs. If such acts of God render the beach house uninhabitable, a full refund shall be provided.
